Metis Search is currently partnered with a leading financial services firm that is adding senior bankers to their FIG team.
We are seeking an experienced FIG Director / Managing Director to join a leading global investment bank, preferably located in New York. In this role, you will lead the origination and execution of M&A, debt, and equity transactions across key FIG verticals, leveraging your existing book of business to build and deepen relationships with our clients' teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Originate and execute M&A, capital raising (debt & equity), and advisory transactions for financial institutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients’ teams, delivering tailored financial solutions.
- Lead transaction teams, overseeing financial modeling, valuations, and strategic advisory.
- Source new business opportunities and grow the FIG practice.
- Mentor and develop junior bankers to support their career progression.
