An Energy / Transition Private Capital Fund is looking for an Investment VP to join its team in Houston, DC or on the West Coast. This is a highly established fund with a strategy dedicated to Energy Transition.
This Investment Team works on a diverse range of Energy and Transition orientated projects putting you at the forefront of innovation for the sector. This team will mainly focus on the US while having potential exposure to global cross border transactions.
Responsibilities
- Lead responsibilities in the investment process including Deal Screening, Financial Analysis, Modeling, Industry Research & Due Diligence,
- Taking charge for the origination of further investment projects
- Maintaining a level of research on industry trends and creating content for Investment Memos and Presentations to lead pitches
- Crucial external and internal point of contact
