Key requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Tech/TMT/Software investment banking experience
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and presentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing deal processes: CIMs, data rooms, buyer outreach, and diligence
