Metis Search are partnered with a leading Investment Bank who are adding senior Analysts and Junior Associates to their Technology group in San Francisco. I'm specifically looking to connect with Senior Analysts / Junior Associates with previous Tech / Software M&A experience - who are ideally based in the SF region. Applicants should have the following credentials : Qualifications Bachelors Degree required; 2 years of technology investment banking experience with transaction execution experience; Software M&A experience; Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship of work visa; Experience building financial models, valuations, pitchbooks, CIMs etc. Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis; Exceptional communication skills and executive presence, both verbal and written; Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for excellence.
