Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative answers a multi-line phone and is the first point of contact for all claim-related calls. This role provides a high level of service to customers, providers, vendors, internal departments and staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required, College degree preferred.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in customer service preferred.
- Strong computer skills.
