The Business Systems Analyst Intern will have the following responsibilities:

• Obtain overview of financial management, Quality Assurance, Risk, communications and/or ADM processes

Knowledge of and ability to effectively navigate formal and informal communication and decision-making channels.
• Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis and the ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve the problems in the best interest of the business.

This is a hybrid role, 3 days in office, based out of our Whippany, NJ office.
