The Business Systems Analyst Intern will have the following responsibilities:
- Obtain overview of financial management, Quality Assurance, Risk, communications and/or ADM processes
- Collaboration: Willingness to work with others to find solutions to problems, create or produce something. This includes recognizing others strengths and weaknesses, taking responsibility for mistakes, giving credit for others contributions and listening to other members concerns.
- Communication and Presentation: Ability to express oneself to provide information to others effectively, recognizing that communication is more than just language - it includes tone, style and structure. Knowledge of and ability to effectively navigate formal and informal communication and decision-making channels.
- Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis and the ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve the problems in the best interest of the business.
