The UX research intern will support research efforts and help the team identify insights for improving MetLife customer and policyholder experiences. This may including helping plan and program research studies, observing and taking notes during moderated or unmoderated interviews, reviewing survey data, structuring data for analysis, and helping the team uncover experience pain points and get to deeper human truths about our customers' needs.
Desired Skills/Interests:
Qualitative research, quantitative research, data analysis, and project planning
This is a hybrid role, 3 days in office, based out of our 200 Park Ave location in New York City.
