Role Overview: As a Scrum Lead, you will play a pivotal role in guiding an Agile team within the marketing technology domain. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day scrum cadence, promoting best practices, and ensuring proactive planning and timely issue mitigation. Your efforts will contribute to the successful delivery of our marketing technology initiatives, including sophisticated client journeys, always-on campaigns, and multi-touch multi-channel client experiences.

The salary range for applicants for this position is $85,000 - $125,000.

Key Responsibilities:
- Embrace Agile values & principles, and implement Agile best practices to foster a continuous learning mindset.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to support short and long-term release planning, maintaining a healthy team backlog ready for execution.
- Actively manage interdependencies between teams, anticipating and addressing potential impediments to team delivery.
- Lead the tracking and reporting on agile team metrics, proactively mitigating issues and escalating as needed.
- Serve as a thought leader in applying new concepts and coaching approaches within the Agile community.
- Adapt coaching style to suit the situation, team, and staff level, knowing when to coach and/or consult.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related tech or business discipline.
- 3 years of experience in a product development and engineering environment.
- 2 years in a Project Management and/or Scrum Master role.
- Familiarity with Agile best practices and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Strong collaboration and facilitation skills.
- Experience in conflict resolution and organizational coordination.
- Certified Scrum Master.
- Experience in a consulting space or industry preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience focused in one or more of the following Marketing Technology domains: Web Experience Management, Campaign Management, E-commerce, Testing & Optimization, or Data Management.
- Knowledge of SAFe Agile Best Practices.
- Experience in a client-facing role/environment.
- Exposure to marketing and Go-To-Market strategies and platforms.
