- Development and maintenance of relationships with DoD CMF operators, organizations and leaders.
- Support the development of written proposals to meet customer requirements.
- Coordinates with customer representatives to develop requirements from customer input, interprets high level requirements and implicit requirements into actionable tasks.
- Support technical staff in the design, implementation, test and operation of cyber range applications and services.
- Develops documentation and presentations.
- Associate's degree or degree from a qualified cyber training program required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Demonstrated experience working as a DoD CMF operator, either active duty or contractor.
- Experience as a DoD CMF operator or equivalent or experience leading organizations responsible for the training and operations of CMF operators.
- A high-level understanding of the organizations, TTPs, training cycles and operational capabilities and needs of OCO and DCO operators, including intelligence collection and utilization.
- Ability to prepare and brief at a quality suitable for a General Officer.
- Must have demonstrable ability to lead and manage teams with minimal supervision, and to exercise independent judgment in task execution.
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced, complex environment.
- Certifications that meet IAT Level II or greater qualifications.
Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires U. S. Citizenship status with ability to obtain a SECRET to TOP SECRET security clearance. Security Clearance requirements will be specified in the Government's Task Order.
