Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer focused IT Technician to join our IT team in the Temecula area. As the first point of contact for technical issues, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by providing timely support and excellent service to our end users.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for all IT-related queries via phone, email, or ticketing system.
- Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, and network issues.
- Log, track, and manage support tickets, ensuring timely updates and resolution.
- Escalate complex issues to second or third-line support teams as needed.
- Set up and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Assist in user onboarding by creating accounts and configuring access to systems.
- Perform routine software installations, updates, and basic system maintenance.
- Document solutions and contribute to the IT knowledge base and support documentation.
- Deliver clear, friendly, and non-technical communication to users.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure user satisfaction with each interaction.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Previous experience in a technical support or help desk role preferred.
- Working knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking concepts.
- Familiarity with service desk tools and ticketing systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A , ITIL Foundation, or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals.
- Experience supporting remote users and troubleshooting VPN, printers, or email issues
Supervisory Responsibility
This role has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This job operates in a clerical, office setting.
Physical Demands
This is a largely sedentary role; however, some physical abilities may be required.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position with typical working hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Hours and work shifts may change in accordance with department and business needs. Must have the ability to be on-call and available, as business needs require.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications
Must be able to accomplish all duties with little or no assistance.
Must have good command of the English language; oral and written.
Work Authorization/Security Clearance
Must be a US citizen.
Must be able to hold and maintain a Secret (or higher) Clearance Level.
