This fast-paced, collaborative environment operates with a flat structure, emphasizing transparency, agility, and teamwork. The team is looking for a driven and versatile individual to establish the product marketing function and build upon the existing foundation to amplify their impact in the biotech ecosystem.

Role Overview

As the Founding Product Marketing Manager , you will lead efforts to refine, enhance, and execute the product marketing strategy. This is a hands-on role where you will bridge the gap between product, sales, and the market, ensuring that the platform's value is clearly communicated and fully leveraged.

The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, has a technical aptitude, and is passionate about connecting products to the needs of their users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research & Insights : Gather customer feedback, industry trends, and competitor insights to inform product positioning and strategy.
  • Technical Content Creation : Develop technical materials such as tutorials, documentation, whitepapers, and case studies to educate users and enhance product adoption.
  • Product Strategy Support : Collaborate with product teams to align on roadmap priorities and execute successful feature and product launches.
  • Customer Storytelling : Build compelling narratives around customer needs and success stories, aligning messaging with end-user pain points.
  • Go-to-Market Execution : Implement GTM strategies for new and existing products, driving adoption and engagement.
  • Sales Enablement : Equip the sales team with materials, training, and insights to effectively engage with prospects and customers.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with sales, engineering, and product teams to ensure alignment and a seamless customer experience.
  • Establish a Framework : Create a scalable and repeatable product marketing framework to support the company's future growth.

Qualifications

  • 4-6 years in product marketing or a similar role, ideally in a SaaS or biotech setting.
  • Proven ability to successfully execute product launches and drive adoption.
  • Skills

  • Strong technical writing skills, with the ability to create educational materials for software users.
  • Expertise in market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback collection.
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills to align technical value with user needs.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage competing priorities.
