I'm seeking a scientifically fluent communicator and operations leader who can bridge the gap between complex biotech concepts and non-technical stakeholders . This role is critical for onboarding new clients, facilitating communication with the VP of Research, and ensuring seamless integration into scientific platforms .
Responsibilities :
- Client Onboarding & Communication – Lead calls with new clients, guiding them through platform adoption and ensuring smooth implementation.
- Scientific Translation – Break down complex biotech concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with the VP of Research, scientists, engineers, and business teams to align on client needs.
- Process & Workflow Management – Ensure projects are executed efficiently, optimizing communication and coordination across teams.
- Operational Execution – Oversee milestones, budgets, and timelines, ensuring alignment with company goals.
