This role will support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and overseeing various commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Coordination : Assist in managing all phases of commercial construction projects from pre-construction to closeout.
- Scheduling & Logistics : Work closely with the project team to develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring efficient workflow and resource allocation.
- Budget Management : Assist in tracking project budgets, reviewing invoices, processing change orders, and maintaining financial documentation.
