As the Assistant Superintendent, you will be supporting the Lead Superintendent in the construction of block and plank multifamily projects across Sarasota, FL.

Job responsibilities include :

Carrying out quality inspections on each of the trades

Supervising concrete pours

Helping drive the project schedule

Producing daily and weekly reports on project progress in ProCore

Assisting with OAC meetings

Carrying out checks prior to inspection and owner walks

Ensuring the job site is clean and safe

To be considered you must have the following :

Previous experience working as an Assistant Superintendent on block and plank multifamily projects

Proficiency in using ProCore

Be based in or willing to relocate to Sarasota, FL
