Responsibilities
- Assisting the Lead Superintendent in coordination of each of the trades
- Reporting on project progress and capturing observations in ProCore
- Managing RFIs and Change Order process
- Ensuring the job site is clean and OSHA compliant
Qualifications
- Experience on ground up multifamily projects in excess of $30MM
- Expertise in using ProCore software
- Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints
Salary : $70,000 - $115,000
