This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in cost estimating, budgeting, and financial management for data center projects . As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with clients, project managers, and contractors to ensure cost control and financial transparency across all project phases.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage project budgets, cost plans, and financial forecasts.
- Conduct detailed cost estimates, procurement analysis, and value engineering exercises.
- Review contractor bids, change orders, and payment applications to ensure cost compliance.
- Provide cost benchmarking, market analysis, and financial risk assessments.
- Collaborate with project teams, designers, and stakeholders to optimize project costs while maintaining quality and design intent.
- Assist in contract negotiations and procurement strategies to maximize client value.
- Monitor project expenditures and provide regular financial reporting to clients.
