Key Responsibilities :
- Project Management : Oversee the construction of residential homes, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
- Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and manage a team of construction managers, site supervisors, and trade partners, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Budget & Cost Control : Develop and manage construction budgets, ensuring projects are completed within budget and resources are utilized efficiently.
- Scheduling : Develop detailed construction schedules, monitor progress, and adjust timelines as necessary to ensure timely project delivery.
- Vendor & Subcontractor Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and other external partners. Negotiate contracts and monitor performance to ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
- Quality Assurance : Implement quality control measures to ensure construction work meets or exceeds company standards and complies with relevant building codes, laws, and regulations.
- Safety Compliance : Ensure all construction sites are compliant with safety regulations and best practices. Lead efforts to maintain a safe work environment and reduce workplace accidents.
