- Lead & Strategize - Oversee all sales operations, including staffing, pricing, and sales office presentation to maximize community sales and profitability.

- Collaborate & Innovate - Work closely with Marketing, Training, and Division Leaders to align sales strategies with company goals and market trends.
- Analyze & Optimize - Monitor CRM reports, sales performance, and market conditions to refine strategies and improve results.
