Site Manager Responsibilities
- Manage sites from pre-acquisition to home construction.
- Ensure property documents meet company standards and address any concerns with management.
- Complete all due diligence before the contingency period ends and the Land Acquisition Proforma (LAP) is submitted.
- Create, review, and maintain property documents and reports.
- Coordinate with Land Development, Acquisitions, Construction, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Conduct site inspections to track project progress and identify risks.
- Oversee budgets and schedules, updating as needed.
- Work with engineers and consultants.
- Maintain community opening schedules based on acquisition and development progress.
- Lead and manage the Entitlements and Land teams.
- Coordinate with consultants and municipal staff.
- Review development agreements and other related documents, such as impact fee audits and school agreements.
- Handle zoning and platting of projects.
- Travel overnight as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience and/or training.
- Ability to follow written, verbal, or digital instructions clearly.
