What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate with engineering firms on plan reviews and approvals once zoning is secured.
- Lead design, construction plan preparation, and approval processes for development projects.
- Partner with field managers to ensure project schedules run smoothly and handle any field changes.
- Represent the team in technical review and planning meetings.
