Key Responsibilities
- Perform due diligence on potential sites, including environmental and feasibility studies.
- Oversee platting, permitting, and engineering to ensure smooth approvals.
- Manage budgets, bids, and contractor selection for cost-effective development.
- Work with engineers, planners, and officials to solve site challenges.
- Ensure compliance with NPDES and stormwater regulations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: 5 years in land development, civil engineering, or construction management.
- Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of site planning, utilities, and permitting.
