Land Development Manager
Location: Indianapolis, IN
I'm partnering with a top national homebuilder to find a Land Development Manager to oversee the planning, engineering, and construction of residential developments. This is a high-impact role where you'll play a key part in bringing new communities to life, from initial site evaluation to final approvals.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead land development projects - Oversee due diligence, engineering, budgeting, and construction to ensure smooth project execution.
- Navigate approvals & permitting - Manage platting, zoning, and government approvals to keep projects on track.
- Manage contractors & budgets - Oversee bidding, contractor selection, and project costs to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Drive project success - Monitor timelines, troubleshoot construction challenges, and ensure seamless development from start to finish.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in land development, site planning, or civil engineering.
- Strong understanding of site design, permitting, and municipal approvals.
