Land Development Project Manager
Location: Jacksonville, FL
I'm working with a fast-growing homebuilder to find a Land Development Project Manager to lead the successful launch of new residential communities in Jacksonville, FL.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee project schedules from due diligence to community launch, ensuring everything stays on track.
- Work closely with Construction, Sales, Finance, Land, and external partners to keep operations running smoothly.
- Manage and update critical path checklists for new communities and phases.
- Lead bi-weekly progress meetings and keep stakeholders informed on key milestones.
- Navigate permitting and compliance requirements with municipalities and agencies.
