The Role
As a technical lead, you’ll be at the forefront of designing and delivering power generation projects, ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion. You’ll oversee key electrical system designs, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with clients and internal teams to drive success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead electrical system design, including one-line diagrams, schematics, and system calculations.
- Perform load flow, short circuit, and arc flash analysis using ETAP or SKM.
- Develop equipment specifications and manage procurement processes.
- Oversee QA/QC reviews to ensure project quality and compliance.
- Work closely with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in power generation electrical design.
- Strong knowledge of MV/LV switchgear, transformers, relays, and control systems.
- Familiarity with NEC, IEEE/ANSI standards, and industry best practices.
- PE license preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
