Senior Plumbing/Fire Protection Engineer
Position: Full time
Location: Chicago, IL
Metric Geo is working with one of the largest engineering firms in the world who's currently hiring for a Senior Plumbing/Fire Protection Engineer. This position has excellent career progression opportunities. The role consists of overseeing other engineers, contributing to strategic planning of the firm's direction & associated goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend coordination meetings and job sites
- Assist in Business development and existing client relationships
- Conduct peer reviews & provide QA/QC oversight
- Leadership of staffing, hiring, employee reviews, goal-setting, training/development, and general group personnel-related concerns alongside other technical leaders
Qualifications:
- 8 years’ relevant experience
- 3 years of supervising experience
- NICET certification
- Multistate licensure preferred
- AutoCAD & Revit
