Key Responsibilities :
- Estimate Preparation : Develop detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial renovation and interior projects, considering labor, materials, and equipment costs.
- Bid Coordination : Review RFPs, analyze bid proposals, and manage the bidding process to ensure competitive pricing and profitability.
- Subcontractor & Vendor Relations : Source and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality.
- Project Budgeting : Work closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to establish realistic project budgets and ensure financial feasibility.
