What are the responsibilities and job description for the S&OP Senior Manager position at Metric Geo?
Metric Search are currently partnered with a world leading semiconductor organization undergoing a significant digital business transformation.
As part of this ongoing critical business transformation they are seeking to hire a Sales & Operations Senior Manager who will be responsible for defining and implementing a new, global S&OP process within the organization.
This role would have significant visibility and exposure to key executives within the business with responsibility for conducting regular (monthly) meetings with executives to successfully integrate R&D efforts with Supply Chain & Financial plans & activities.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement and continuously improve the global S&OP and IBP process
- Report monthly into executives surrounding S&OP topics to ensure the successful implementation & uptake of the new processes globally within the business
- Collaborate with a number of internal stakeholders to improve integration and alignment across different business units (R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations etc.)
