Commercial Sales Specialist

Job Summary :
Our client is seeking a Commercial Specialist to drive sales of commercial boiler products within NY / NJ. You will manage relationships with Manufacturer’s Representatives, contractors, facility engineers, and consulting engineers to strengthen the company’s commercial presence and ensure the preference for their products in the market.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, engineers, distributors, and government agencies in various market segments.
- Act as a technical boiler expert, understanding and translating boiler specifications.
- Provide pre-sales support, including application engineering, project quoting, and follow-ups.
- Manage and drive performance of Manufacturer’s Representatives in the territory, utilizing CRM to track opportunities.
- Deliver the client’s value proposition to a wide audience, including engineers and mechanical contractors.
- Offer post-sales support to representatives, distributors, and contractors.
