📏 Project Types: Heavy Civil, Underground Utilities, Pipe Rehabilitation, Renewable Energy
📍 Project Size: $15M - $500M
Key Qualifications:
✅ 6-8 years of estimating experience (bidding complex projects)
✅ 8-10 years in field construction operations
✅ Civil Engineering degree (preferred)
✅ Expertise in Bluebeam, Agtek, Primavera & estimating software (B2W preferred)
