What We Are Looking For :
- Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in machine learning engineering or applied research.
- Proven success in developing and deploying influential machine learning projects, particularly in large-scale, distributed training.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, specifically in text-to-image or text-to-video development initiatives.
- Strong expertise in training diffusion models or large language models (LLMs).
- Proficiency in machine learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- A history of impactful publications in top-tier conferences such as NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, or CVPR.
