Position: Senior Structural Engineer
Location: Sarasota, Florida

We are searching for a Senior Structural Engineer to spearhead this growth and display your expertise with both clients and a great team of professionals collaborating on a range of specialised projects.
Responsibilities:
- Attend client, architect, and contractor meetings
- Supervise and mentor junior staff - Perform QA/QC on work by others
- Oversee design calculations and preparation of structural and construction documents
- Ensure deliverables meet client expectations and quality standards
- Mentor and oversee engineering team’s learning and professional growth
- Produce high-quality engineering drawings and reports
- Represent the firm and team professionally
- Coordinate projects with clients, contractors, and consultants
Qualifications:
- PE license
- Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (Master's degree preferred)
- 10 Years of structural building design experience
- Project management experience
- Business development experience
- NCEES record (preferred)
- Working knowledge of Revit
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
