Senior Superintendent

This role will be working on the largest Data Center ever constructed in the U.S. You will be responsible for a team of Superintendents, ensuring each phase of the project runs to the schedule over the allotted 8 year time frame.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Superintendents and maintaining control over each portion of the project
• Driving the project schedule and ensuring Superintendents coordinate each of the trades
• Providing reports on the project progress and recording observations in Procore
• Mentor, train and develop subordinates through leading by example
