What are the responsibilities and job description for the Site Superintendent position at Metric Geo?
Seeking a Superintendent for an established General Contractor in the Northern NJ area. This is an opportunity to join a well-established, high performing team and make an impact. Primarily focused on Commercial/Education/Multi-Family/Industrial/Healthcare projects Daily travel to jobsites required.
Responsibilities/Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent with experience running teams
- Relevant Degree is preferred.
- Manage sub-contractors, site management, budgeting, from take-offs to closeout.
- Knowledge of on-site safety measures and local laws/regulations, run toolbox talks, ect.
- Relationships with local subcontractors preferred.
- Experience with site layouts, coordinating deliveries, inspections, interfacing with Project Managers and Clients.
- Proficient in construction software (Bluebeam/Procore/Ect.)
Salary/Benefits:
- $130k-$170k base salary based on experience
