Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of commercial and multifamily projects, including multifamily housing, retail, and other commercial developments.
• Oversee project engineers and designers to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
• Manage project invoicing and billing, ensuring accurate reporting and financial management.
• Focus on project execution with minimal field time, emphasizing office-based and client facing project management.
• Report directly to senior management, ensuring seamless delivery of all projects from inception through completion.
  
  

Requirements

• Registered P.E. in Texas
• 6-10 years of experience in commercial, multifamily, and land development projects.
• Proven ability to manage project delivery, including invoicing and billing for large commercial and residential developments
• Experience leading teams of engineers and designers, with a collaborative approach to project execution
