Senior Project Manager / Project Manager - Commercial & Multifamily Development

As we are partnered with a leading firm in the industry, you will collaborate with top homebuilders and other industry leaders to deliver impactful, high-quality projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of commercial and multifamily projects, including multifamily housing, retail, and other commercial developments.
- Oversee project engineers and designers to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
- Manage project invoicing and billing, ensuring accurate reporting and financial management.
- Focus on project execution with minimal field time, emphasizing office-based and client facing project management.
- Report directly to senior management, ensuring seamless delivery of all projects from inception through completion.
Requirements:
- Registered P.E. in Texas.
- 6-10 years of experience in commercial, multifamily, and land development projects.
- Proven ability to manage project delivery, including invoicing and billing for large commercial and residential developments
- Experience leading teams of engineers and designers, with a collaborative approach to project execution
