Position Overview:
As the Roofing Production Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, overseeing the planning and execution of roofing projects from start to finish. You’ll lead field teams; coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors; and ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This is a pivotal role where leadership, organization, and communication skills shine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple roofing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and quality completion.
- Coordinate scheduling for crews, subcontractors, and material deliveries.
- Enforce safety protocols in compliance with OSHA and company standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain quality assurance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns with professionalism and care.
- Train, mentor, and motivate field staff to uphold excellence in workmanship and safety.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
