Metric Search are partnered with a top 3 global medical technology manufacturer in the Neuro space, who are looking for a Principal level Full Stack Engineer to join their team an work hybrid (2-3 days a week) out of their Santa Clara, California site.
My client are looking for an experienced full stack engineer, with a focus on using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js and experience with AWS cloud technology.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience (8 years) in full stack software development, with a strong focus on web-based applications.
- Proficiency in multiple front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Expertise in multiple back-end technologies such as Node.js, Java, Python, or Ruby.
- Strong understanding of modern software development methodologies, including Agile / Scrum, CI / CD, and DevOps.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure RESTful APIs.
- Deep knowledge of database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL, along with experience in query optimization and database design.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.
