Responsibilities broadly include:
- Perform all activities necessary to maintain day to day operations of the program/product offices.
- All actions required for onboarding and offboarding for NAE NIPR (2875 processing, etc.)
- Responsible for sending Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2) taskers and ensuring that a timely submission and the tasker is closed.
- Responsible for providing office operations and continuity.
- Manage the weekly status meeting and provide Operations updates. Coordinates with Government Program Managers and teams to have slides updated
- Manage and track ATCTS accounts for Government personnel and vendors. Coordination with DCO ATCTS manager(s) on reconciling accounts that are delinquent in training.
- Verify updates for recurring reports are submitted; SITREPs, Weekly Reporting, CCIR's.
- Support planning and coordination of Government events to include retirement ceremonies, hail and farewells and change of charters.
- Manage facilities to include space, furniture and office supplies.
- When requested, manage Government travel in Defense Travel System (DTS) and provide travel updates/notifications for Government travelers.
- Update and manage distribution lists; TEAMS channels, SharePoint, Jira, eMASS
- Document Review and Staffing MOU, MOA, MFRs, SOPs, Policies
- Process CAC Reverifications
- Prepare Visit Authorization Requests (VARs) for personnel.
