Metrics LLC is seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst as we compete for a contract to support the United States Coast Guard. The Business Analyst supports enterprise planning for OISPL-supported systems and manages roadmaps linking IT capabilities to business processes for 35 systems. This role is responsible for maintaining strategic data, tracking program milestones, and ensuring the Government has a clear operational picture.
Location: Remote / With Onsite Visits to the following locations (must be within driving distance)

- Enterprise Planning & Roadmap Development
- Develop and maintain business and IT roadmaps for C5ISC-supported systems.
- Support strategic planning and integration efforts to align OISPL initiatives with broader mission goals.
- Analyze data calls and enterprise initiatives (typically 2-3 per year, with quarterly updates).
- Metrics & Data Management
- Maintain the status dashboard, ensuring all projects (in-progress, planned, completed, deferred, decommissioned) are tracked in real-time.
- Provide data analysis and visualization for cost, schedule, and performance tracking.
- Support the creation of macro and micro-level reporting artifacts for leadership review.
- Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities for efficiency and automation in project tracking and reporting.
- Work closely with the PM to standardize reporting structures and optimize workflow processes.
- Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in business analysis, project planning, or performance reporting.
- Experience managing enterprise-wide data calls and IT capability roadmaps.
- Preferred
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar dashboard tools.
- Familiarity with C5I or federal IT governance frameworks.
