Customer Success Senior Manager
Location : Remote in the US / Hybrid, if you are located in the Bay Area
Role Overview :
As a Customer Success Senior Manager, you will ensure customers successfully adopt and utilize MetricStream’s GRC software solutions. You will cultivate strong client relationships, provide strategic guidance on implementation, and drive customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, escalations, and issue resolution.
- Guide clients on implementing and optimizing MetricStream’s solutions to align with their business goals.
- Develop deep product expertise to effectively communicate features, provide training, and support adoption.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and expansion, working closely with the sales team.
