Job Description
As a Service Team worker at our facility, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service to our human clients and our dog clients.
- maintain a great attitude when communicating with clients
- work with a pack of 40 dogs of different sizes and breeds
- ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
- keep the area clean
- bathe dogs and trim their nails
- other tasks around the daycare that may arise
- Schedule Reservations and Appointments
- Sell packages
- Check customers in and out
Requirements
We are looking for someone who loves dogs and wants to work with every type of breed. No experience is required, but we would love it if you did have some prior animal handling skills. We’re looking for someone who can provide stellar customer service and comes to work with a great attitude. We also want to ensure you have a reliable way to get to work.
