Overview:

Our client is seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP) to join their team in providing comprehensive psychological services to adult patients. The ideal candidate will hold a Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology and have at least one year of experience in psychiatry. This role will focus on patient assessments, evaluations, treatment planning, and clinical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct psychological services to adult patients.
• Conduct thorough psychological assessments and evaluations.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records in compliance with clinical standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications (Required):

• Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology.
• Valid LCP license in the state of North Dakota.
• 1 year of experience in a psychiatric or clinical setting working with adult populations.

Preferred Skills & Attributes:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in psychological testing and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Experience with EMR systems and clinical documentation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $125,000.00 per year
