Key Responsibilities
Assessment and Reporting
- Conduct assessments, including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Essentials for Living, Functional Assessments, and Functional Analysis.
- Complete all required documentation for client funding sources in a timely manner.
- Develop detailed reports, including Functional Behavior Assessments, Individual Treatment Plans, Behavior Intervention Plans, and Discharge Summaries.
Program Development and Implementation
- Design and implement individualized treatment programs based on client needs and caregiver goals.
- Monitor client progress using visual analysis and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Train and supervise behavior technicians in the effective delivery of ABA interventions.
Caregiver and Staff Collaboration
- Provide training to direct care staff on treatment implementation using behavioral skills training.
- Work closely with caregivers to promote consistency and effectiveness in client support.
Qualifications
Required:
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Active BCBA certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Familiarity with BACB Ethical Code, HIPAA regulations, and company policies.
- Ability to transition between seated and standing positions frequently.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
Preferred:
- At least two years of experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a multidisciplinary setting.
- Specialized training or experience in behavioral programming.
- Advanced knowledge of ABA assessment tools.
