Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments, including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Essentials for Living, Functional Assessments, and Functional Analyses.
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, and functional behavior assessments.
- Supervise and train behavior technicians to ensure the effective implementation of ABA strategies.
- Monitor client progress through data analysis and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Provide behavioral skills training to direct care staff.
Qualifications
Required:
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Active BCBA certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Minimum two years of experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a multidisciplinary setting.
- Adherence to BACB Ethical Code, HIPAA regulations, and organizational policies.
- Physical ability to transition between seated and standing positions and lift up to 50 lbs.
Preferred:
- Advanced certifications or specialized training in autism therapy.
- Master’s degree with a specialization in ABA or a related field.
