Core Responsibilities
- Conduct and interpret client assessments, including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Essential for Living, Functional Assessments, and Functional Analyses.
- Prepare detailed reports, such as Functional Behavior Assessments, Individual Treatment Plans, Behavior Intervention Plans, and Discharge Summaries.
- Train and supervise behavior technicians in implementing ABA strategies and interventions.
- Apply behavioral skills training to educate staff, monitor client progress, and modify programs as needed.
- Design and implement personalized programs that address the unique needs of clients and their families.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of two (2) years working with children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) in a multidisciplinary setting (preferred).
- Certification: Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB (required).
- Ethical Standards: Strict adherence to the BACB Ethical Code, HIPAA regulations, and company policies.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to frequently transition between seated and standing positions and occasionally lift items up to 50 lbs.
