Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Assessments – Administer and analyze assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and Functional Analysis to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Develop Treatment Plans – Design and implement behavior intervention plans, assessments, and discharge summaries to track and support client progress.
- Train & Supervise – Guide and oversee behavior technicians, ensuring effective implementation of ABA strategies through data-driven supervision.
- Customize ABA Programs – Create personalized therapy plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and family goals.
- Support Staff Development – Provide ongoing training, feedback, and supervision to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
Required:
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum two years of experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
- Active BCBA certification in good standing.
- Strong commitment to BACB Ethical Code, HIPAA regulations, and company policies.
- Physical ability to transition between seated and standing positions and lift up to 50 lbs.
Preferred:
- Experience collaborating within a multidisciplinary team supporting children with ASD.
- Advanced training or additional certifications in ABA or autism therapy.
