Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Murray, KY
Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)

Overview

Join an award-winning organization specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children and teens with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). As a BCBA, you’ll support clients and their families while maintaining a sustainable caseload and accessing robust professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Functional Assessments) to develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Prepare detailed reports, including functional behavior assessments, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.
  • Train and supervise behavior technicians in implementing ABA interventions.
  • Monitor client progress using visual data analysis and adjust programs as needed.
  • Develop individualized programming tailored to each client’s needs while providing caregiver training and support.
  • Ensure compliance with the BACB Ethical Code, HIPAA, and organizational policies.

QualificationsRequired:

  • Master’s degree or higher in a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with children with ASD.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

Preferred:

  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

Candidate Profile

  • At least 2 years of experience working with children with ASD in a multidisciplinary team setting.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification in good standing with the BACB.
  • Ability to transition between seated and standing positions and occasionally lift items up to 50 lbs.
  • Commitment to ethical and legal standards, including BACB Ethical Code and HIPAA compliance.
