Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Murray, KY

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Functional Assessments) to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Prepare detailed reports, including functional behavior assessments, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.
- Train and supervise behavior technicians in implementing ABA interventions.
- Monitor client progress using visual data analysis and adjust programs as needed.
- Develop individualized programming tailored to each client’s needs while providing caregiver training and support.
- Ensure compliance with the BACB Ethical Code, HIPAA, and organizational policies.
QualificationsRequired:
- Master’s degree or higher in a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience working with children with ASD.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

Candidate Profile
- At least 2 years of experience working with children with ASD in a multidisciplinary team setting.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification in good standing with the BACB.
- Ability to transition between seated and standing positions and occasionally lift items up to 50 lbs.
- Commitment to ethical and legal standards, including BACB Ethical Code and HIPAA compliance.
