Role Responsibilities
- Assessments: Select appropriate assessments like VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Functional Analysis, and more for clients.
- Behavior Intervention Plans: Develop treatment plans, discharge summaries, and behavior assessments.
- Training: Teach direct care staff and monitor progress regularly.
- Individualized Programs: Develop programming based on each client's unique needs.
- Supervision: Train and supervise behavior technicians in ABA interventions.
Qualifications
Required
- Master’s degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- 2 years of professional experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD).
- Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Ability to work with integrity and adherence to BACB Ethical Code, HIPAA, and company policies.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to move freely between positions, including lifting items up to 50 lbs occasionally.
Preferred
- Experience in a multidisciplinary team setting with children with ASD.
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
