Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Overview

This role involves delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in a supportive and rewarding environment. The organization is focused on creating a positive, lasting impact on the lives of clients and their families.

Role Responsibilities

  • Assessments: Select appropriate assessments like VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Functional Analysis, and more for clients.
  • Behavior Intervention Plans: Develop treatment plans, discharge summaries, and behavior assessments.
  • Training: Teach direct care staff and monitor progress regularly.
  • Individualized Programs: Develop programming based on each client's unique needs.
  • Supervision: Train and supervise behavior technicians in ABA interventions.

Qualifications

Required

  • Master’s degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • 2 years of professional experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD).
  • Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Ability to work with integrity and adherence to BACB Ethical Code, HIPAA, and company policies.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to move freely between positions, including lifting items up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Preferred

  • Experience in a multidisciplinary team setting with children with ASD.
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $85,000.06 per year
