Our Award-Winning Client, a nationally recognized healthcare organization, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Outreach and Enrollment to lead strategic marketing, outreach, and enrollment initiatives. This leader will be responsible for driving growth while fostering collaborative relationships across the organization and with external partners to promote the company’s mission of delivering high-quality, compassionate care to vulnerable seniors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee all marketing, outreach, and community engagement efforts, ensuring alignment with census growth objectives.
- Lead and manage all intake and enrollment operations, implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and conversion rates.
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key referral sources, including senior housing, physician groups, hospitals, post-acute facilities, and community organizations.
- Track, analyze, and report team performance, ensuring Salesforce and other reporting tools are utilized effectively for lead tracking, home visits, and enrollments.
- Ensure seamless compliance with DHCS and CMS guidelines, maintaining regulatory adherence in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Oversee department budgeting and ensure performance aligns with financial goals.
- Collaborate with executive teams to provide key performance insights and proactively address challenges.
Qualifications & Technical Skills:
Education:
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Substitution: An additional five (5) years of relevant management experience may be considered in place of a degree.
Experience & Certifications:
- Minimum five (5) years of supervisory experience, with at least two (2) years focused on growth/enrollment within senior healthcare services.
- B2C Sales experience with a proven track record of driving customer engagement.
- Experience managing a metrics-driven team, utilizing data analytics for decision-making.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to lead within a data-driven organization, leveraging reports to prioritize initiatives and oversee teams.
