Key Responsibilities
Goal Implementation:

Operational Leadership:

- Resolve patient and staff complaints to maintain a culture of excellence.
Staff Management:
- Supervise all staffing activities, including recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and retention.
- Foster a motivated and skilled team dedicated to delivering outstanding care.
Budget Oversight:
- Prepare, manage, and monitor departmental budgets to ensure financial efficiency and compliance.
Audit Coordination:

Qualifications
Education:
- Required: Associate's Degree in Nursing
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree
Licensure:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Kentucky
Certifications:

- AWHONN Certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP)
