Position Overview
We are seeking an Electrical Supervisor to oversee onsite field repairs, services, and installation operations. Key ResponsibilitiesEnvironment, Health & Safety
- Conduct all activities in alignment with Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) policies.
- Lead regular safety meetings and maintain safety documentation and logs.
- Manage employee health and safety programs, including training, safety observations, and assessments.
- Effectively communicate and enforce operating standards and safety protocols.
Operations
- Provide oversight for operational staff, including Journeyman Electricians, Apprentices, and Lead Journeyman Electricians.
- Ensure electrical work complies with local and national codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Supervise the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures.
- Conduct inspections and address issues with electrical components, including transformers and circuit breakers.
Leadership
- Supervision: Manage daily activities of the electrical team to ensure productivity and adherence to schedules.
- Task Assignment: Delegate responsibilities effectively to maintain consistent workflow.
- Mentorship: Train and guide apprentices and technicians.
- Quality Control: Monitor and ensure work quality meets relevant codes and standards.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for contractors, clients, and internal departments.
- Safety Oversight: Identify and mitigate job site hazards.
- Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to codes, standards, and safety protocols, especially for temporary installations.
Technical Tasks
- Install and maintain electrical systems as required.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting for electrical components.
- Maintain comprehensive records of work performed and project progress.
Required Qualifications
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED.
Licensure:
- Valid Supervising Journeyman Electrician License.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years managing 10 employees across multiple locations (or 2 years with WillScot experience).
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Soft Skills:
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to follow directions and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree.
